The property was cozy, clean, with adequate space and all necessary amenities. We appreciated the self‑check‑in, which allowed us to access the room at midnight. It also offers private parking. The main road in front is a bit busy, even very early in the morning.

The only positive thing about this stay, which never actually happened, was that I managed to recover the booking money. I want to note that the owner seemed willing to refund (though he only responded after a Booking reminder, and I have no evidence of what would have happened without that prompt). The stay never took place, which explains my terrible rating. I’m sorry to write this, but it feels fair since I was essentially left without a room on the day I was supposed to stay. The property blamed the issue on a general blackout, yet I tried calling them 4–5 days before arrival and received no response, no email, no return call, unless the blackout lasted a week, which seems odd. In any case, I don’t recommend the place, though this is just my experience and it might have been an isolated case.
