“Lamentable”
The hotel service was awful; no one helped us, not even the manager, so we switched hotels and that was the best decision of our vacation – I do not recommend it.

The location was great and the hotel looked nice, breakfast was good but not the best; there were a few issues with room cleanliness, towels, and bath products.

The room décor, staff friendliness, and breakfast were all good, but the room felt a little small.

We had an excellent experience: rooms were very clean, comfortable, and pleasant; from arrival we were welcomed wonderfully and all staff were very friendly and attentive – totally recommended!

It’s a picturesque spot, breakfast is delicious, and service is good, but the room had no windows and was dark; the street to get there can be empty, and we were advised to go quickly without using our phones.
