From the moment you walk in you can feel Andrea and Max’s passion. Set in a beautiful historic building in the heart of the city, the B&B is perfectly located for exploring everything on foot. The rooms are spotless and incredibly welcoming, and every piece of furniture, every colour, every material has clearly been chosen with care and put together with real taste. The place is full of plants, which gives it a warm, living atmosphere you rarely find in a B&B. Our room was super comfortable, in a lovely boho‑chic style that feels both relaxed and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was beyond fantastic, and Andrea and Max’s kindness and hospitality were simply outstanding; they made us feel genuinely at home. In short, this is a labour of love, not just a commercial venture. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

“Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen”

My stay at Papale Papale was wonderful. It’s a green oasis that offers a perfect blend of antique and modern in a very quiet location right in the old town, and everything is within walking distance. The room is tastefully and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available, and breakfast is very generous and served in an elegant setting. The owners are absolutely hospitable, very likable and helpful. I felt pampered and well taken care of and would highly recommend this B&B. There is nothing I would criticize.

“Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore medioevale di Viterbo”

Choosing this B&B was the best decision: the surroundings are meticulously cared for in every small detail, all designed to make guests feel comfortable. If we hadn’t had to wander around the city, we could have stayed peacefully here and would have had nothing missing. Their attention to us made the difference, including the willingness to leave our bags and use the room until the afternoon on the day of departure, a late check‑out that was appreciated and not required. Praise for the breakfast. Andrea and Massimiliano are two artists and friends everyone would like in their life. Thanks and see you soon.

From the moment I booked, Andrea and Massimiliano were on hand, giving directions even though it was a last‑minute reservation, and stayed available through the whole stay. They introduced me to the area, showing me hidden gems like the beautiful Terme di Tuscia all’aperto and picking out restaurants. The room was gorgeous, tastefully furnished, and the shower with a cascading waterfall was a real treat—pictures don’t do it justice, you have to experience it. Breakfast was amazing, with sweet and savoury items, fresh fruit every morning, and the option to have eggs and bacon cooked on the spot. I also enjoyed swapping stories with the hosts. The property sits in central Viterbo, on a quiet street away from the night‑time pub and restaurant noise, yet within a few minutes’ walk to them. The house itself is a work of art, a paradise for interior‑design lovers, every piece of furniture carefully chosen, creating a relaxed, serene atmosphere. I can’t recommend this beautiful accommodation enough—10/10!
