The room was clean. The free space was spacious and liked. The bath and toilet were adequate, very comfortable. It was wonderful. There were no issues.

I couldn’t meet the staff because the check‑in was self‑service, but the room was clean and comfortable, and two konbinis are close by. I rested well and would return if I ever visit Hyuga again. The train station is a bit far, but it’s still within walking distance (20mn).

The facilities were all new and tidy. I forgot something, but the staff called me right away and handled it. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus.
