The atmosphere and the staff were very attentive, especially the warm welcome from Ernesto and everyone else. The amazing location and view from the terrace where we had breakfast during our stay were exceptional. We’ll be back in spring.

Ernesto’s hospitality and kindness were truly boundless. Every staff member was exceptional, always helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the beach was literally a two‑step walk away. We also appreciated the free use of the lawn loungers. A short walk from the hotel is a charming spot right on the beach, perfect for an aperitif or a break during the day. It was a very pleasant stay that I absolutely recommend! The only thing to note is that for those arriving by car, parking is paid and managed separately from the property. The location is great for reaching the beach, but for visiting other points of interest I strongly suggest using the boat/tender when available instead of moving the car.

Everything from the scenery to the magnificent terrace, the breakfast with delicious bread and jams, the welcome, and the magnificent ficus on the terrace. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were good. The owner surprised us with a wonderful dinner at the last minute. We really appreciated the flexibility and kindness.

Ernesto was super hospitable and the communication was wonderful! Because of delayed flights and ferries, he kindly stayed up for us to arrive after 2 am!! We were very grateful for that. Two of us have severe allergies to cigarette smoke and mold/musty smells, and the room was perfectly clean and we did not have allergies. All communication was quick and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The location was amazing! Advice: the hotel was a bit hard to find at 2 am; do not trust Google Maps—it sent us to a locked private property gate with no access. In the morning we realized we should have taken the stairs down to the beach and walked on the boardwalk instead.

A very nice place. Breakfasts are simple but delicious, and the pastries are excellent. Be aware that there’s no direct route to the hotel. If you arrive by bus, you’ll need to get off at the last stop for bus 175 and then walk across the beach to reach the hotel. The room itself is small but neat and has everything you need, including a hairdryer and fan. Cleaning was done daily, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked it. There are many beaches nearby; I chose Belmare, which costs 10 euros per day (5 if you arrive in the afternoon). It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
