Our bed has stains all over the bed comforter sheets and pillows and there was no sheets or blanket for the pill out couch not convenient for a late check in after traveling. The staff were fantastic, and we were only seconds away from LEGOLAND. I woke up with a migraine and they let us stay in the room until 2:00 without charging for an extra night.
