The location. The rooms listed on the platform say they have air conditioning, but they only have a fan and the bathroom has no ventilation. The rooms are very small and feel very cramped. They also say they have parking, but there are only a few spots and they end up leaving you on the street.

The cleaning, comfort, location, friendly staff, and price were all good. For me, everything was fine.

The comfort, spaciousness, garden, garage, etc., were all very good. The lock and security system could be improved to make opening the gate easier for parking the car.

The location is very good, with many places nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and you can walk to the city center. The air conditioning was advertised but there was only a fan, the shower was not clean, and the towels were damp.
