The location is good, but everything is old and dirty—uncomfortable. There are newer hotels nearby that charge the same price.

“Отличный отель с пляжным променадом.”

The administration was very accommodating, letting us check in early and stay longer without extra charges. The rooms were clean and quiet, with good Wi‑Fi and balcony views. Daily housekeeping was thorough. Water, coffee, and tea were available in the room. The breakfasts were varied and fresh. Towels for the beach were provided daily. The beach is across the street. It would be nice to have lunches at the hotel; restaurant meals are pricey—three dishes cost about 5000 rubles. The beach loungers range from 600 to 2200 rubles (larger ones), cheaper than at Kemer. The local sand is small; locals buy chairs and umbrellas. The hotel feels fresh and modern, and there’s nothing to criticize. Overall, everything is fine.

“I recommend the hotel to others”

The location is great, within walking distance of the beach. A small suggestion: instead of paper cups, the hotel could use glass ones; the paper cups were so weak that I nearly burned myself because they couldn’t hold the coffee.

We received a free room upgrade, and our other family members also got larger rooms, so it seems they offer upgrades when better rooms are available. The location is excellent, next to a beach, with a nice small pool area that’s never crowded. The downside is that side rooms have tiny balconies. Breakfast is a standard Turkish spread, but a few more options would be nice.

“Amazing location, clean, nice view and about 20 minutes walk to the aquarium.”

I loved the location, amazing staff and a clean hotel, but one thing I personally didn’t like was that we had to pay for our clothes to be ironed. I have been to a lot of hotels and never had to pay for my clothes to be ironed except I usually have an iron in my room for free.
