Very nicely located with easy parking right outside the door; I’ve stayed here many times and never had any issues with the rooms, which are simple and clean. My only complaint was about the reception: I called a day ahead to arrange early check‑in at 1 pm, the lady on the phone said she’d call tomorrow when our room was ready, but I never heard anything. I walked into reception around 12:30 pm, rang the bell twice, and waited almost 10 minutes before walking out. I didn’t get early check‑in, but Port Lincoln has good shopping to pass the time while we waited for the standard 2 pm check‑in.

I missed breakfast because I didn’t realize it was offered, but the cleaning was very professional. A bathroom shelf and a night light would have been nice, and two bottles of water per day for two guests would have been reasonable.

The place is in a good spot, the room was a touch smaller than I expected yet still tidy, and the bed was comfortable enough. Parking signage could be clearer so people only occupy one spot instead of two, and the shower was very small with the light switch in a weird spot.
