We absolutely loved our stay. The resort is beautiful and well maintained, the beach is beautiful, and the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Breakfast was good. We would definitely visit again.

The building looked gorgeous, but the experience was a let‑down. The staff were unfriendly and the service fell short of what we expected. The biggest problem was that the whole place wasn’t stroller‑friendly—there’s no elevator anywhere. When we checked in, someone promised to help us with the stroller up and down the stairs, but that never happened; we saw other guests with strollers doing the same. The rooms felt dated and missing basic items; there was no iron in the room, and I had to ask for one. At checkout, I tried calling reception three times for help with our luggage, but no one answered. When I confronted them, the staff were rude, denied any calls, and we had to lug our bags to the lobby ourselves. The property really needs to improve staff conduct, guest service, accessibility, room amenities, and overall hospitality. It was far from the hassle‑free stay we’d hoped for, especially with a baby in tow.

The staff were fantastic and everything was easy to arrange, which mattered a lot since I was traveling with my elderly mum who has mobility issues. The resort’s private access to Varca beach was lovely, the path was beautiful, and the beach itself was clean. The beach shack was a relaxing spot, and buggy service was available. The food was superb in both selection and quality. The architecture was stunning, especially the main breakfast area—Lanai. I enjoyed the live music and the impromptu personalized magic show. Reception staff were very helpful in arranging private hire cars. The only downside was that most spots are only reachable by stairs, which is an issue if you’re traveling with a disabled person.

The proximity to a beautiful beach, the pool, the quality of the meals and dinners were positives. The commercial approach feels inauthentic, with no listening or empathy—very disappointing at this level. We’re clearly tourists, so…
