A good new hotel.

The location was good and the large room was clean. The staff were not very welcoming, and there was a major issue with the AC that only worked with motion sensors, making the room extremely hot in the evening and taking about 30 minutes to cool down. Street noise was present, there was no décor in the very cold room, and the coffee machine didn’t have Nespresso or fresh juice.

The place is conveniently located; everything is within walking distance—pharmacy, shops, and the central square are just 200 meters away.

Only the location was good. I booked three identical rooms but ended up on the first floor in one of them; the room required me to manually turn lights on and off from the switchboard, which was shocking and left me speechless, and no apology was offered. Cleaning happened only once, when I requested it, and even then they didn’t clear trash or change towels.

The location was great, and the staff were absolutely amazing: super helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice. They really made the stay better!
