“The day shift staff tried to accommodat me in every way with my check in and very happy about that!!”

The location was spot‑on and the pool was fantastic, and the price fit my budget since it was only a one‑night stay; however, the night‑shift staff were a let‑down, with people waiting over 15 minutes for someone to open the office, my TV was broken and only fixed at 11:30 PM after I reported it at 8:30 PM, a local man in the office had said the TV had been broken the previous week, and the lobby was left open while the staff were absent, only arriving about 15 minutes later after I’d waited from a car—definitely poor management.

The area was pleasant and felt tourist‑friendly, which was good, but the staff were nowhere to be found and guests had to wait an hour just to check in.

I didn’t like anything; the bathroom had mold, the AC had rust and mold you could literally breathe in, metal surfaces were corroded, there was a big hole in the wall, and I only stayed a few hours without sleeping because the mold and rust smell triggered a severe allergy.
