“Bra upplevelse”
The hotel’s location in Palma Nova is great, the breakfast is very good, and the place feels fresh. However, the staff don’t enforce the rule that towels should be removed from the sun‑chairs booked by early‑morning guests, even though signs are posted; the price hasn’t kept up with inflation, and I felt the rate we paid was 25 % too high. I’ll look for cheaper options next time.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The lady at reception, Aga, is the best customer service worker I have ever encountered; she deserves a pay rise. I would 100 % stay again.
The cost‑benefit ratio was poor.
The room was good and well equipped, breakfast was fine but nothing special, the food selection and quality were adequate, the coffee from the machine was bad, and the hotel’s location was good, but the coffee from the machine was bad.
