The place is right where you want to be – close to everything – but the linens left a lot to be desired. Towels smelled off and there weren’t enough sheets or bath towels in the room. It was a convenient spot, just wish the housekeeping was better.

The hotel’s location and on‑site snack bars are definitely pluses, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed grumpy, the check‑in area was dirty, and the elevators and rooms weren’t any cleaner. A nice spot, but the service and hygiene need work.

Everything about the stay was fine – the room, the staff, the amenities – I couldn’t find anything to complain about. In short, I liked it all.

The host never confirmed my reservation, so I couldn’t check in at all. I sent several messages and got no reply, leaving me stranded. I’d advise anyone to avoid this listing and look elsewhere.

I was all set to travel, but the landlord canceled the booking at the last minute while I was already in Olympia, which was incredibly frustrating. It left me scrambling for alternative accommodation and a lot of disappointment.
