I stayed in a snug room with clean carpet, and the staff handled a neighbor’s barking dog as best they could—no blame on them. The spot was right off theain road, so I could grab a coffee at the local cafe first thing in the morning.

“I would not recommend staying here, especially when they triple the rate on a concert night😡”

The only good thing about this motel was that it was a few minutes from Alpine Valley concert venue. The motel is very old and rundown, the room is very dark and old, including a green bathtub. It doesn’t look like it’s ever had a deep clean in the past 50 years as there was like things growing on the wall, the sheets and towels were gray instead of white. The air conditioner worked, but was so dirty. I’m sure it was blowing in dusty gross air. The beds are super tiny and the pillows are so flat you would need three of them just to be a regular depth of a pillow

“never ever would go back”

The room had a cigarette‑smoke odor even though it was supposed to be smoke‑free, and the sidewalk to the door was littered with cigarette butts. The deadbolt didn’t work properly, so I felt unsafe and left early.

The location was fine, but the room was dirty with mold on the furniture and in the fridge, and there were cockroaches in the bed. The light had a bad power cord, the coffee pot was broken and just unplugged instead of replaced.

There was no breakfast served. The charge for a one‑night overstay was a little steep.
