From your room you can see amazing views of lush green valleys, but the access road in the last stretch is very narrow and risky.

The location is awesome; in the middle of the tea estate the early‑morning views are breathtaking. Every cottage has a private balcony that faces the hills and tea estate. A very narrow road leads to the property, and Google Maps shows the route correctly with direction boards along the way to guide guests. If you arrive at night you might feel as if you’re heading toward a dead end, which can be a bit scary, but the boards are helpful. Be sure to download the map well before you get there because network coverage is almost nonexistent. Breakfast was decent, but the vegetarian dishes could have been tastier, and the paneer gravy wasn’t that good.

The only bright spot was the location, but the staff were incredibly rude and the hospitality was probably the worst I’ve experienced in Kerala so far.
