The spot is great, and the rooms and facilities are top‑grade. We were traveling with a baby stroller, but there was no way to get from the room to the hotel exit or the dining area without climbing stairs.

The place sits in a perfect spot and offers plenty of amenities. The lobby feels cramped when a big group checks in; it could use a bigger space for smoother arrivals and departures. Still, the overall stay was flawless and the staff were all excellent.
