The rooms did not match the description and were located in a cold, damp basement. When we arrived the host was not present. Breakfast consisted of a croissant, juice, and no coffee. Overall, a very bad experience. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 1.

I had the pleasure of staying at PIETRA VIVA ROOM and the experience was absolutely perfect! The owner was kind and helpful, doing everything to make us feel at home. The room was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and offered a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable and the quiet area ensured good rest. The owner will bring croissants for breakfast early in the morning. In short, an impeccable stay! I recommend PIETRA VIVA ROOM to anyone looking for a cozy, clean place with excellent service. We will definitely return!

This apartment was amazing. I cannot rate it highly enough. It is a little awkward to climb into from the street but is so so worth it. Very clean, awesome bath, a cleaner came during the day when we were out and Davide was the best host ever. He was so attentive and active of every need as well as giving us a bottle of wine and some fruit on arrival. It was like honeymoon style. Thank you ever so much. Mega 5 stars 🌟
