The staff were friendly and the room was clean, modern, and packed with amenities. The shared kitchen and honesty bar were a nice touch, and being right by Lake Brienz was a big plus. The bed did creak a lot and the shower was a bit cramped, plus there was no air‑conditioning—just a fan.
