The staff were pathetic, and the property was pathetic. Please never go to Fab Hotel; the brand itself is pathetic. Everything went wrong: my booking was cancelled at the last minute, the hotel never got back to me, and they charged me three times the original amount.

Honestly, there's nothing to like about this place - it's definitely not suitable for families. The staff came across as arrogant, and to be frank, the whole property was a mess. It was clear they hadn't bothered with cleanliness; the place reeked, the bedsheets looked like they'd been used before, and there were bugs everywhere. Oh, and don't even expect a water kettle in your room.

I wouldn't even call this a hotel, to be honest. Everything about it was off - the location was dodgy, the price was too high, and I didn't feel safe or secure at all. Privacy was also a big issue.

The property was a disaster - it was clear they didn't prioritize cleanliness. The washroom was dirty, and when I went to look for staff, they were nowhere to be found. The bedding and pillow covers were in a terrible state, and they didn't even provide a clean towel.
