“Never again”
I only liked the price. The room was dirty, especially the walls. They charged me a $70 deposit and said I’d get $50 back, but they never explained where the $20 went; I still haven’t received any of my deposit back. The pool was filthy—both the water and the outside area—and my kids and I found an imbalance in the water. Juice for breakfast was out because the order didn’t arrive on time; when I asked for water they didn’t even have any to drink. There was only one washer and dryer, and the phone was disconnected as if they didn’t want us to use it to call the front desk.
