The green area was present but poorly maintained; we left after three nights because the dining service was non‑existent with no menu, the room was dirty and unsuitable—broken shower, used soap, poorly kept furnishings, stale smell; the breakfast wasn’t fresh; the welcome was inadequate for a tourist accommodation; dogs were left roaming in the breakfast area.

The welcome from Mrs. Eleonora, who greeted us even after the scheduled check‑in time, was great; the property is tucked among hills in a quiet, relaxing spot outside Viterbo, though a sign might help guests find it more easily.

It’s a very large estate that looks lovely thanks to its lush vegetation; our room and the breakfast room were beautifully furnished with antique pieces; overall the property exudes a graceful charm, the pool was great for swimming, and there are also barbecue spots and a ping‑pong table.
