I felt misled by the positive reviews because the property differed from the pictures and description; parking was limited to only five spots with no backup or public parking, forcing me to haul luggage over five blocks, and there was no loading zone or even a small parking lot to unload, which made the experience poor. Additionally, the buildings were spread out with no real amenities, yet a “resort” fee was charged.

The room was a bit small but the space was used efficiently; I was pleasantly surprised by the closet and the kitchen’s oversized refrigerator, ideal for families. Front desk staff Alisha was very helpful and friendly, and the woman who managed breakfast always refilled, cleaned, and ensured everything was perfect. No complaints.

Breakfast was good and having hot food was nice, but the key card system was being upgraded, so our key didn’t work; we had to wait in the lobby from 9 pm to 10:40 for someone to fix it.
