The spot was great, but the almost-new building feels old now, and the cleaning—especially in the bathrooms—was quite lacking and a serious issue.

“Very disappointing but staff were very helpful”

The location opposite the railway was convenient, yet the hotel looked poorly maintained and clearly needed a full makeover; the pool was green even in the hot season.

Das Hotel ist leider nicht mehr der Brüller, das Zimmer war aber tiptop sauber und das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ansonsten eher na ja. Der Pool war leider nicht in Betrieb

“Not again. The photo is what was served to 5 adults.”

The bed was fine, but the staff warned that the pool wasn’t working; when we asked for food, they said no because they had a conference, and there was no transport to town; we asked again for food for five and received only one dinner plate.

“Very Basic, clean but take some pre packed food as you are not given the courtesy of knowing that “meals” are not always”

Staff did their best. When you have pre booked guests arriving, you would think they would be accommodated with an offer of Dinner. The opposite occurred, we were told no Dinner or food available to Guests as there was a conference being held. Shame on Hotel Grecale!
