Everyone on the staff was friendly, and the people running this hotel do it flawlessly.

The staff were simply wonderful—always accommodating, kind, and gave us a great welcome, so keep it as it is because you’re fantastic! The room itself was fairly standard but clean and quiet, with pleasant bedding that let us sleep very well, and the breakfast was decent. On the downside, the bathroom looks dated and could use a refresh, and both pools were very cold, so we barely got in.

The team did everything they could to make our visit pleasant, and the lobby had a genuine 4‑star vibe. The pool area looked nice from the garden view, and the room’s TV worked fine. The rest of the hotel, though, clearly needs updating, especially the back entrance and the bedrooms. The food stall outside was closed, and breakfast was just okay. We didn’t like the hotel’s location opposite what we assume is a migrant apartment block, and the shower barely worked.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the pool area was lovely. Pillows felt too firm, and the bathrooms looked a bit worn.
