Newly whole building Renovated. Centralised Air conditioning, can't adjust to cool or heater

I managed to enjoy a truly luxurious stay and the amenities were great, yet I was bothered by some foreign guests bringing phones into the bath and speaking loudly.

The facilities were outstanding, though the altitude of Nasu Kogen was low enough that I didn’t really feel any coolness.
