Hotel Restaurant Tonino

A large room. No shower head when showering, the whole bathroom is dripping. There are windows but they look out onto a wall. Breakfast was very disappointing – no yoghurt, one cup of tea, two small rolls, too little for an adult.

“lovely stay - friendly welcoming hosts”

It was clean, spacious, and I loved the art in the room – they also have a beautiful garden and you can see the owner is a lover of art and flowers, plants; the owner is lovely and everyone was helpful and friendly – the restaurant is also really nice, filled with sculptures and paintings, a traditional Italian staple. There wasn’t really something I disliked, the height of the toilet shocked me – I'm 170 and couldn't reach the floor while sitting on the toilet – I guess it's built for taller people.

“Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung”

The room was completely adequate, the bathroom was nice and the toiletries were great. You could still have dinner at the restaurant. The house itself is lovely. But the bed was too hard for my taste, and I was missing precise information about check‑out time; the staff didn't know either. Breakfast arrived at 08/15, which was fine, but the light in the wardrobe wouldn’t turn off.

“Fijn verblijf, mooie kamer, Ontvangst zou wel wat vriendelijker kunnen.”

We were given a spacious room even though they said we would get a smaller one; the next morning we were greeted warmly and pleasantly by another gentleman, and we even shared a laugh. The breakfast was well prepared. However, when we checked in we had booked with breakfast, and the man insisted we pay for it separately; when I mentioned it was included, he responded unfriendly and said we would get a smaller room. Maybe he was busy, but you should still remain courteous.

The surroundings were quiet, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent!
