The place is small but perfectly located in a lively neighborhood with public transport, shops, and restaurants nearby. Gian, who runs the hotel, is incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. The room is clean, the equipment is new and very comfortable, and it has everything you need to feel at ease. The only drawback is a little noise between rooms—you can hear people coming and going, but that’s the only sound; the room I had faced a courtyard and was very quiet.

“Espectacular”

The stay was very comfortable, everything was clean, the location was great, and there were no noises. Gian Luca was very kind and attentive to us. I had no complaints, but it would be nice to have an electric kettle.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Gians B&B. Everything matched the agreement and our expectations. The apartments are lovely, very clean, and fully equipped for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent – a safe neighbourhood that is also well connected to all parts of the city and its main tourist attractions. The metro station is just a two‑minute walk away, and the funicular that takes you down to the waterfront is about a five‑minute walk. Gianluca is an excellent host – welcoming, helpful, and available throughout our stay whenever we needed information or assistance. We will definitely return to Naples, and when we do, we’ll happily stay at Gians B&B again. Highly recommended! We had absolutely no negative experiences – everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
