I liked how close the place is to the bus stop that gets you straight to the city center, and the TV in the room worked fine. The bathroom, however, was a mess with a leaking, dirty tub, and finding the entrance was a hassle—clearer directions would help. Checking in was odd: you hand a key and a card with your name to the receptionist, and to learn how to pay you had to call the owner; a quick SMS with instructions would have been enough.

I chose this spot because of its location, and it delivered, plus the staff was super helpful—she turned on the lights when the power went out, brought a hair dryer to my room, all with a smile. The Wi‑Fi was limited to one access point, so I had to keep the kettle on the floor and couldn't plug in the bedside lamp. A foot towel would have been nice since the floor was cold.

The hotel sits close to the university campus, which is the biggest advantage for me. The room was very clean, warm, and had old‑school furnishings, but that didn’t matter much compared to the positives. The staff were great, replying quickly to SMS questions. Just remember to pay in cash on arrival. Highly recommend!

I had a pretty good stay overall. The location is a major plus—very close to the university and shops, with parking available and a quiet, peaceful area, making it ideal for students or academic visitors. The staff were somewhat hard to reach at times, giving the impression they weren’t very accessible, and the walls were thin, so you could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
