I couldn't understand how such a huge booking site would advertise a place as disgusting as this; I'm still waiting for a reply, and if you don't get back to me I'll never book with you again and will tell all my friends not to use your service because it's unreliable and the place was absolutely awful—my girlfriend's birthday was ruined, we ended up paying two to three times what we agreed, and I demand an urgent response.
