“A comfortable well located stay in Rome, with a helpful and considerate host.”
Riccardo’s place sits right in the middle of Rome, making it a perfect spot for a visit. He handled check‑in and check‑out with quick, helpful answers. The room, tucked inside a larger apartment that has its own bathroom, was small but surprisingly cozy and spotless, with a smart ensuite. Everything we could think of was there—tea, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron. It’s a solid recommendation for anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in the city. The only thing we noticed was the usual city traffic outside during the day, but that didn’t bother us while exploring Rome.
Thanks to the central location, we experienced Rome authentically, walking a lot. The subway right outside is a big plus for quick departures or if it gets late. The bed was bigger than it looked in the photos. The air‑conditioning worked great. The window has to stay shut because of the outside temperature, and that keeps the room quiet. We could relax anytime. With the window open, the city sounds are clear. Living right under the famous Potici was a unique touch. The shower was small but functional, and the water was always warm. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
“Very nice location and host”
The spot is gorgeous and close to the train station, and the host was very nice and communicative. The entry instructions were clear, and the air‑conditioning was pleasant. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the city, probably the metro or tram.
“Very nice place to stay”
I had a great stay and would definitely suggest this place to others. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. A minor bathroom issue popped up, but he listened and fixed it fast. He really goes out of his way to make guests comfortable. For the price, this is a solid value. I loved the hospitality and would happily return next time I’m in Rome. 😊
“A modest place but with everything you need”
The place is well‑located near Termini, and communication was good.
