“Nice location, run like Airbnb”

Seminyak is a busy area, and this property is offset a little bit on a busy street, which makes it a bit more quiet. The property is well located to everything, so it’s very convenient and walkable distance to many things. The studio itself is very big and comfortable, with places to lounge next to pool, dining area, and big washroom. The property is run like an Airbnb, that there isn’t a front desk stationed 24/7. Must inform the host the exact time of arrival / departure to have someone there. Even with that time specified, sometimes there was still no staff and needed to hunt them down walking around the property

“Comfortable and reasonable price with a great location”

Location perfection. Staff amazing. Fresh new towels and sheets this trip. (4th stay). Little things that get missed. I had 1 spoon and about 5 knives in my cutlery drawer. No forks. No corkscrew or bottle opener. No hooks to hang towels and no tea towel fro drying dishes. Small things. Still love this place

“Great location, clean, comfortable and good service - will be back”

Fantastic location - wasn’t sure what to expect but very happy with our 2nights stay. Stairway to the ups upstairs bedroom was a little steep

“My new favourite place to stay. Great for a solo traveler, couple or even a group of friends to book multiple studios.”

The location is amazing—right in the middle of everything I love yet quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom and bench space are good. It just needs a bit more care on the small details, like working lights and a clean, functional shower head.
