The location was excellent, but the hotel felt very old and unclean. The shower was awful, the beds were hard, and the rooms were dusty. Initially we were put in a smaller, dirty room than we booked, and after we asked for a change they swapped it—probably a mix‑up from the start. The elevator took a long time to arrive. There was no dedicated smoking room like in other hotels we stayed at, so we had to walk a long distance to smoke. Overall, not a good experience.

Walking 3‑5 minutes gets you to several subway lines, so getting around is a breeze. The room is huge, leaving space even when two large suitcases are unfolded on the floor. The building’s exterior and public areas feel very Showa‑era, but the interior of the room is newly renovated and very comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. If you’re a fan of Ginza, this hotel is convenient no matter whether you fly out of Narita or Haneda.

We liked the central location because it was easy to get around. The rooms were clean, well supplied, a good size, and very comfortable.

The place was great, the room was lovely, and the staff were very nice, but we only received one pillow each; another would have been appreciated.

חדר יחסית מרווח, מיטה נוחה, מיקום נוח. המקלחת גרועה במיוחד ופגמה קשות בהנאה מהמלון. המים השפריצו לכל עבר וטמרפרטורת המים השתנתה ללא הפסקה. בתמונות מופיעה מיטה במרכז החדר ובפועל קיבלנו חדר עם מיטה צמודה לקיר
