The staff were incredibly friendly, and there were no complaints.
The location was great, but the wifi connection was poor and the price is higher than the services offered.

When we arrived at the hotel, the power was out. It came back on later, but when we went out to eat and returned, the electricity was off again. They offered to move us to a lower floor, claiming it would fix the hot water or lighting issue. They said it would be resolved after three hours. The staff were generally polite but not helpful with the situation. We left the hotel and checked into Ramata, and now I expect a refund. My colleague wrote to you on the 9th when we moved into Ramata.
