The location is great, but everything else falls short.

The food was good with a nice variety, but the room was dirty and the air conditioning was unreliable—though the team fixed it right away. Carpets were outdated and should be replaced with tiles or something similar. Beds were unclean, and when you left the room the lights and fridge switched off. The staff were accommodating and friendly, fixing any issues immediately, which was excellent customer service. The lift broke down, so we had to lug our luggage from the fifth floor.

No cleaner visited the room all week, so we had to buy our own toilet paper. The bathroom was moldy, there was no snack bar, and the food was the same bland dish every day, forcing us to eat out every night.

Air conditioning, location, and the pool are fine. The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained, which lowers hygiene standards. Rooms and especially bathrooms are bad. With the price, you shouldn’t expect much more.
