The entire staff was incredible, very attentive and super friendly. They take care of every detail so you don’t have to worry about anything; almost before you ask for something, it’s already there. Their professionalism and kindness are unmatched. The Riad itself is super clean, the room is gorgeous, and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant serves excellent food for both breakfast and dinner. The spa feels like another oasis within the Riad. Everyone said something could be improved, but in my opinion everything was perfect during my stay. I recommend it 100 percent. Thank you, Agnieszka and Artur.

“Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar – besser hätte es wirklich nicht sein können!”

The accommodation was simply wonderful—couldn’t have been better! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and checked in by the incredibly friendly staff. I was there with a friend, and because we were two women traveling alone in Marrakesh, we initially felt a bit uneasy. That’s why it impressed us even more that the hotel proactively offered various services to make the stay as safe and pleasant as possible, even before we asked for security tips. For example, we were given a free phone that could reach the hotel at any time. We were also offered the option to call if we got lost or needed a companion to or from a pickup point; the staff would immediately send someone to pick us up—completely free. The hotel also kept track of our planned activities and always ensured we safely returned to the hotel afterward. When you’re in Marrakesh for the first time and traveling alone as a woman, this service feels incredibly thoughtful and reassuring. But it wasn’t just the service; the hotel itself was beautiful. The property has several pools, dreamy gardens, a spa, and great facilities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I especially liked the concept that you could have breakfast wherever you felt like each day, as the hotel follows the motto: “The hotel is your home.” It truly felt that way—unbelievably relaxed and cozy. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great mix of Moroccan specialties, fresh fruit, eggs to order, and various teas and coffees.

My wife and I truly had an unmatched experience at Riad Kheirredine. If you’re considering booking here, just do it. The property is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic and generous, and you can snack on free seasonal fruits all around the property. What stood out most was how the staff went above and beyond to provide us service. First, free laundry every day—that’s just crazy good! Then the fact that they had a dedicated WhatsApp chat where you can text them at any hour and they can book a taxi from anywhere you are in the city, and for a price much less than what they typically charge tourists. I definitely tried to haggle without their help and could never get to as low as the price that their affiliate taxi company does. Finally, their attentiveness: if they saw you on the street and you needed help, they’d be there; if you needed someone to walk you through the Medina at night or early morning, they had people for it. Truly, these folks created a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to make this my top recommendation to friends and family. Special shout out to Elena for making everything absolutely hassle‑free for us!
