The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super central in Thamel, ideal for exploring Kathmandu. The breakfast offered a good selection of international and local dishes. Overall a very pleasant stay!

First and foremost, hospitality means everyone should be polite and disciplined, and here I found amazing staff with disciplined manners and great politeness towards guests, especially for the elderly and small kids, but I was here with my old mother. Second, every food was awesome, fresh, and hygienic. Third, the location was too good and quiet. Everything was very good and I love to recommend my people to come here if they are in Kathmandu. Wishes to see you soon, Samsara and members.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were really friendly, the breakfast selection was good with delicious coffee, and communication beforehand was easy. We would come again!
