The Astor Hotel Motel is located near Albury Airport and town centre. It features a bar, bistro serving traditional pub food, and free on-site parking for cars and larger vehicles. Rooms offer free WiFi, TV with cable channels, air-conditioning, heating, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and en suite bathrooms, all within walking distance to Albury's shops and restaurants.

The staff were lovely when I checked in, but the room was a dump to put it lightly; I walked in and thought I was in a crack den, the beds were uncomfortable, the room was filthy, and I didn't trust the shower to not give me some type of fungus—horrendous. Not to mention the parking: there is a huge car park with no assigned spots for motel guests, so we had to park on the street because it was trivia night and the pub patrons just decided to park in the car parks in front of the motel rooms. I wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me.

The exterior/bar/beer garden/restaurant were beautiful, service was amazing, parking was easy. I’m being picky - but small upgrades to the rooms themselves would make a serious difference to the overall experience, allowing it to meet the standard of everything else. There’s clearly been a lot of thought and effort put in to the exterior - it would be so nice if the insides reflected this, too
