Quality Inn Richland - Jackson South

“I was hoping it would be a nicer place, but I guess the price was so low, you get what u pay for”

The price and location were good, but the room was dingy, rusty, and dirty, the windows were filthy, the cheap beds creaked with every move, and the stained bathtub forced me to shower instead of bathe.

I arrived to find no clean towels or sheets, and the room was saturated with a strong cigarette smell and other odors.

“Horrible”

The surroundings were awful, with overgrown grass, homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, and constant screaming and jumping at all hours; my towels were never changed, and the one time they were, they were dirty; the lights kept flickering and wouldn't stay on; the bedding had rips and stains; housekeeping entered my room while I was at work, didn't replace my towels, but opened the blinds and set the AC to 75 while it was 98 outside.

Parking was easy to access, yet the place was filthy with cat food on the floor and a duct tape repair visible on the floor.

“It was late and we just needed a place to sleep.”

The location was convenient, but the shower didn’t drain properly and looked dirty.
