The service was very good, the room was clean, breakfast was well served, and there was nothing else to add.

The hotel was very basic but as expected for the price we paid; the buffet breakfast was good; the double bed in our room was very small but sufficient for one night; there was a restaurant just next door that we went to for dinner (bar/pub food) that had a live samba band playing who were very good; the staff didn't have our reservation when we arrived, but we managed to communicate via Google Translate because they didn't speak any English and they were able to accommodate us; one of our party had pre‑paid for their room but the hotel staff said they didn't have that information and insisted that we pay again there and then.

Clean room, good location, staff were polite. The parking is behind the hotel, and around 07:00 a loud knocking sound kept me awake.
