The location and the facilities were good. The room had a funny smell that I couldn’t quite place but it was noticeable.

The staff were very cold and I didn’t feel welcomed. The room had a bad smell and the staff were unhelpful.

The guest was not satisfied with the hotel's handling of these problems, which ultimately led to a decision not to book with Booking.com again.
