Good value for money for a short trip. The room air conditioning was not as good; the room got warm and stuffy at night, and even my daughter complained. The issue was addressed and the room was changed, but it was still the same, probably due to the hotel being older. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff responded quickly when I asked for an extra toothbrush and slippers for my son—thanks. But the corridor outside the lift on the 3rd floor has a distinct smell I can't locate; maybe from the carpet, though hotels usually smell fresh. The rooms themselves smell fine, but this issue should be addressed—thanks.

The housekeepers were amazing and helpful, and the breakfast staff and morning ladies were very nice and kind. However, the bathroom leaked water, the shower was clogged, and the furniture was old. Everything feels outdated and needs replacement; the carpet is old with stains on the floors and beds, and overall cleaning was poor.
