The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, and they also provide electric bikes for rent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, and breakfast was decent; a 300 m walk takes you to My Khe beach, with plenty of mini‑marts and restaurants nearby, though the pool area could use a refurbishment.

The air conditioner in the apartment wasn’t working, yet they still gave us the room and we could only stay for an hour before we had to leave. I don’t recommend this place; even though they knew the AC was broken they still assigned us the room. The reception was very rude; when we checked in we said we’d go out, exchange money and pay, and she demanded we keep our passport as security. I’m a frequent traveler worldwide and have never been asked to hold my passport. They knew the AC was broken but behaved harshly; they need to upgrade everything, including reception staff.
