Surprisingly, even at night on the mountain it doesn’t feel cold. The owner is very friendly, recommends nearby spots, and suggests high‑value meals, plus helped sign up for a sunrise tour. The scenery is pleasant, and each room has a front courtyard decorated with various plants and succulents—just walking in feels comforting. It seems there’s no extra bottled water provided, and a few days of mild altitude sickness made me bring plenty of water. For anyone truly looking to escape the city, almost everything is a plus!

I booked a room on short notice without checking the type, and when we arrived the owner saw that we were traveling with an elder member and proactively upgraded our room. This made it much easier and more comfortable to pack for the next day’s mountain hike—thanks a lot.

We stayed in a four‑person garden room; the surrounding flower maintenance was beautiful, the owner is cute and passionate. The bathroom was clean with a bidet, the shower water was plentiful and hot, and the bed was large and comfortable, even with an extra heating blanket—warm at night. The décor looks beautiful both at dawn and dusk. It was my first time staying at Ching‑Heng Farm in “Bo‑Wang New Village,” a Yunnan‑Myanmar‑style village, and it was an amazing surprise. The only complaint is that I heard the garden four‑person room was newly built this year and does have a slight pine resin smell.
