The window was in bad shape and blocked the view, so I couldn’t enjoy the outside scenery.

“Reporten a PROFECO. Es una estafa.”

They didn’t give me access and there was no communication with the host. Imagine arriving at midnight in Valle de Guadalupe trusting your reservation, only to find you don’t have it, and on a Saturday night you have to scramble for a place to stay. Plus, the bad reviews about similar experiences show that this is just a scam.
