Everything was great: the service was excellent and the location was perfect.

The hotel is not large and is conveniently located for walking to Lucerne and the Old Town; it offers parking, a good breakfast, and excellent service. The room was well-equipped but very cramped; next time, I’ll get an even larger room. The bathroom lacked an upper shelf for placing items. We did enjoy our stay, though—we had dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant, and it was excellent

The double bed was very comfortable, and the large TV offered plenty of news channels. It’s within walking distance of the station, and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot dishes. The room felt a bit dated and cramped for a double, and the air‑con was too cold and I couldn’t adjust the temperature.
