Parking in front of the property is fine, and the breakfast is especially good. The night was already autumnally cool, and the blanket was too thin.

I appreciated the quietness, the staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was excellent. The lack of an elevator and the overall need for a full renovation were noticeable drawbacks.

The quirky design with lots of metal, an old part of the building and a brand‑new part, gave the hotel character; we stayed in the older section, which feels more conventional. The garden has a pool and lounge chairs, and the breakfast buffet is extensive. The room was okay, but the windows faced a very busy street. No criticism, just a heads‑up: walking to the old town takes at least 15 minutes.

The atmosphere, comfort, and pool were great. However, my first booking wasn’t recorded, the hotel was full in a city where all hotels were booked because of the marathon, and I had a huge accommodation issue.
