Nothing to say. We never used the property because at the last minute the office staff called us and moved us to a different venue, claiming the original location had no lights. When we visited, it was clear the place wasn't suitable for families, and it turns out none of the company's properties are family‑friendly, so don't book in the future.

The hotel sits close to a bustling shopping district and a restaurant is nearby, but the bathroom lacks a window, the ceiling fan is present, and the odor was awful.

I had to wait 20 minutes before a room was assigned because my passport wasn’t enough, there was no breakfast, the location was fine, the room wasn’t clean, the sheets and pillows hadn’t been changed, the toilet wasn’t clean, and towels and water bottles were missing.
