Historic building. Great location. Good quality dining. Friendly staff. The property needs a renovation; the rooms feel dated, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast doesn’t match the restaurant level. The price is too high for the quality.

“Rilassante e piacevole”

The hospitality and kindness of the owners and staff, the view, the food and the location. Small fixes and work needed in the rooms, for example a blind that won’t open, water leaking from the shower box. Luckily the warm and pleasant welcome and management made up for the minor inconveniences.

“Schönes Zimmer mit Ambiente und traumhafter Aussicht”

Nice large, comfortable room on the 3rd floor with balcony and absolutely wonderful view, pleasant hotel atmosphere, usually courteous staff. We recommend at least a window to the side with a mosquito net, very easy to install. The staircase was not vacuumed (the cleaner apparently was ill), one day the breakfast service was inattentive (waiter perhaps too busy, though few guests were there), we had to ask everything, the next day it was fine again. We were rather disappointed by the highly praised food, some dishes tasted very good, the wine was also very good. The prices are overpriced even for the quality: 16 euros for a simple mixed salad and 22 euros for 6 tablespoons of pasta (it was said to be Wildboar goulash, hardly tasted, pasta still good, the green parsley sauce that came with it tasted at least very spicy and not tasty for me), the small portion of pasta with paprika chicken for 20€ had little flavor, neither paprika nor chicken was much noticeable. We hope something changes again, because the hotel has a lot of charm.

Wonderful location with a view from the mountains to the sea. I would add something salty to breakfast such as olive focaccia or bruschetta or bread and cold cuts…
