The dining table offered a nice view, but when I arrived they couldn’t process my check‑in and the staff seemed clueless about service. I returned at 2 pm and was finally handed a room that was just okay, lacking soap and shampoo, with water that dribbled slowly while showering and obvious maintenance issues. Mosquitoes were everywhere, forcing me to stay sealed inside, and at 6 am I had to ask again for a soap because none had been delivered all afternoon and night; an employee offered his own, saying he kept one in his car, so I used that. After showering I inquired about breakfast, only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 09:30 AM, so I left without eating and forgot to return his soap—sorry.

I liked that it’s right at the beach, the place is very clean, and the staff are friendly! Everything else was great👌💯

The food was excellent and the location was great. The service was a bit slow and the staff were overwhelmed.

The beach was nice. We were a group of friends who booked well in advance, but three of us had our reservations canceled even though we had already paid.
